Quantitative Research involves numerical data which provides precise measurement and analysis of target concepts, such as surveys or questionnaires.

Qualitative Research wants to understand what people are thinking about a product, a service, a concept etc...These opinions will represent all the group or target that we are studying. Qualitative Research, normally we have less people than quantitative research, so we can explore the answers and get more results.
